1. What TenderTox is
TenderTox is an automated document-analysis tool operated by Flow Systems, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) established in Belgium, Mouterijstraat 6, 3582 Beringen, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1000.301.018 ("we"). It extracts text from a PDF you upload and uses a large language model to produce a structured summary of possible knock-out criteria, contract clauses and submission requirements.
2. Not legal or professional advice
The output is generated by an AI model and is provided for information only. It is not legal advice, not procurement advice, and not a substitute for review by a qualified professional. The model can miss items, misread text, and produce incorrect statements. You are solely responsible for any bid, no-bid or contractual decision. Always verify against the source document and take professional advice before relying on any finding.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to documents you upload. You confirm you are entitled to upload them. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the analysis. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription & payment
Access requires an active paid subscription billed through Stripe. Fees are stated at checkout, recur until cancelled, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no resale of the service without our written agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost contracts or lost opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes & termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for Tongeren, Belgium.
